Limitation of Damages
Our total liability for any claims is limited to:
- The amount paid by client in the 12 months preceding the claim
- Direct damages only (no consequential or indirect damages)

Termination by Recor Marketing
We may terminate the agreement for:

- Breach of terms that remains uncured after 15 days notice

- Failure to provide necessary cooperation or information
Effects of Termination

- Final invoicing for services rendered

9. Dispute Resolution
